We’re thrilled to present The 80, an exciting new Apple Brandy collaboration with our neighbours, The Apple Farm. This first batch arrives just in time for Christmas, offering a truly festive experience.

]]> Made from The Apple Farm’s own apple cider, the spirit was distilled at Tipperary Boutique Distillery and matured for 3 years at Ballindoney Farm in Tipperary, in a first-fill ex-Jerez Sherry cask.

The 80 is named to honour the eighty hand-picked apples required to produce each bottle, grown on the Traas Family Apple Farm. Double distilled by us at Tipperary Distillery, this inaugural batch comes in at 46% ABV and will surely appeal to brandy, whiskey, and cocktail enthusiasts alike.

Colour: Golden brown
Nose: Fresh apple with a hint of almond
Palate: Rich toffee apple and smooth almond marzipan notes
Finish: A creamy mouthfeel, perfect for sipping by the fireside this Christmas
