This exceptional whiskey was bottled at 6 years old, crafted from barley grown on our own farm. It was distilled for us under the expert supervision of Stuart Nickerson at a renowned Irish distillery, adhering to the highest standards of distillation.

The essence of this whiskey lies in its unique terroir. Every detail – from the grain variety, planting times and soil conditions to the specific strain of barley used – plays a role in creating its distinctive flavour profile. The result is a true expression of our homegrown malted barley, a single estate ingredient that sets this whiskey apart.

Matured for 6 years in first-fill ex-Rioja barrels sourced from Bodegas Faustino, and then finished for 8 months in first-fill Port casks, this whiskey was aged in a traditional warehouse at Ballindoney Farm. With Tipperary’s mild climate and temperate winters, we enjoy the perfect conditions for creating an extraordinary Irish whiskey.
